Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

  • No shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, delivery may be delayed by several days. Please allow extra time for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Estimated Shipping Times

Since we work with international suppliers, delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times by region are:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of the World: 20–30 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery dates may vary.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €80.

  • Any additional shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 6 business days to appear.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Delays & Customs

  • Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections or high demand.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred during shipping.
