We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • All return requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Return requests made after 60 days will not be accepted.

🔁 How to Return
To return a product, contact us at support@zoradia.com within 60 days of delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (in case it is defective or damaged during shipping)

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and tracking instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid lost packages.

  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipment.

💳 Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be notified whether the refund is approved or denied.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned (for example: hygiene products, perishable food items, or custom orders). This information will be clearly indicated on the product page if applicable.
